Ok, now go down the hallway and you'll see a health terminal and both types of ammo terminals. Use them if you need, or save them for a bit later. Go down the hallway, first destroy the floating jellyfish things from a distance. Keep going through the hallway until you end up in a large room. A load of aliens will come in, so kill them while trying to stay far away from them.
When they're gone, it turns out Chell accidentally shot the teleporter!! So now what?! Well remember those firefly thingies? Well they repair all the damaged consoles and stuff on the ship. So what you have to do is go back the way you came until you find the fireflies. When you see them, destroy the consoles, but keep destroying the ones after the one they're working on. That way, the fireflies will follow you by repairing each thing that you destroy. Therefore, lure them to the broken teleporter by destroying everything on the way to the broken transporter. Once they fix the teleporter, you can go through. I suggest going back to the health & ammo terminals before going through the teleporter, if you need to that is.

You'll come around the corner and see an alien at a computer. Shoot him and wait for more aliens to come. I find it easier to just stand by the doorways in this level and wait for them to come to you; you can just shoot them. Once they're gone, make your way through some more hallways. You'll end up in a large room with a ramp going up to a doorway blocked by a forcefield. There is also a health terminal and an ammo terminal in the room. Kill all the aliens in the room and the thing flying around that shoots you. Chell finds a console that will open the forcefield, but he has to stay and keep it open. So go up the ramp and through the doorway. You'll end up in a large room and a bunch of aliens will attack. Personally, I avoid them, and go through the teleporter at the end of the room and then go through the teleporter on the other side of the bridge.

Now you'll end up in a room with that same forcefield that sucked up Telsia, so now what?! Do the same firefly trick again; shoot the pod in the middle so the forcefield goes down, and then shoot the console in front of you. (Remember to use the phaser so you save ammo.) The fireflies will come repair the console instead of the pod. Run really fast across to the other side while the field is down. There is a health terminal and weapon terminal which you can come back to.

Go down the hallway and you'll find Foster fighting some aliens. Kill the aliens and then Foster will tell you that you have got to get out of this ship. Continue on with Foster and fight some more aliens. Me, I like to shoot the spawners on the wall before I pass by them; that way I won't end up fighting as many aliens. You & Foster will end up in a large room with strange stasis pods holding Telsia, Rick, and Chang. Go through the doorway with Foster and use the health & ammo terminals if you need. You'll end up at the computer core room. You need to go through the teleporter to get to the upper level. A whole load of aliens will come in. Don't bother fighting them, just run passed them and go through the teleporter.

Now a cinematic plays. Turns out everything was just a misunderstanding. The alien leader tells you and Foster to not shut down the core because his people, the Etherians, will die. It turns out that they were only trying to communicate with you, but you attacked. The Etherians are on a colony ship that has been trapped in the Forge for 25 years. Munro apologizes for killing their people, but it turns out they just went back to stasis. So Telsia, Rick, and Chang are really in stasis and were only being analyzed, but they are fine. They are now your allies and they lower the shields and you and the whole team beams back to Voyager.
