You go down the elevator and you're back to the cargobay you had first started out in, but you've got company. The Alpha that those hirogens were talking about has made you his prey and he starts shooting you. Use the scavenger rifle as your weapon. Stay directly under the hunter at all times so his shots don't hit you. When he stops shooting and moves, his yellow forcefield goes down. When that happens, quickly back out and shoot him with the secondary/alt fire with the scavenger rifle. Then quickly go back under him, wherever he goes. You have to do this for a few times until he finally goes down.

Once he's down, take his gun, the tetryon pulse disruptor. Then a bunch of klingons will cut the door down. Make you're way back to the extraction point while killing all the klingons with the tetryon pulse disruptor. This is basically the first level of this whole mission, so the way back should be familiar. When you get back to the extraction point, Kenn sets up the pattern enhancers and everyone is ready to beam out. It seems like everything is going great now, but it will turn for the worst. The Borg beam in, take the isodeseum, kill Kenn, and capture Foster!! After the borg beam out, you beam back to Voyager.
