This is a short level with an easy boss. Destroy the robots outside the elevator and go down the hallway. There is a room on the right with some more robots and some health & weapon terminals, but you don't need to go in that room unless you want to. Otherwise continue down the hallway to a door.

Go into the room and a really large and mean maintenence robot will come up. It seems to only follow you, so run away from it. Straffe away from it and shoot it either with the photon burst or tetryon pulse disruptor. Once it's dead, Chang will say that the only way to continue on is to go down the elevator which the robot came up from. Refill your health and ammo if you need and then go down the elevator to another level.
