This level is just one huge cinematic. Munro is in a meeting with the senior staff. Torres reports that the isodeseum is working, but Voyager will still get power drained from the dampening field. Munro then interrupts asking if the crew is gonna do anything about the Forge. The crew is upset and scared being stuck in the Forge. Munro proposes to take a team onto the harvester ship and go back to the Forge and attack.

Munro, Janeway, Chakotay, and Tuvok brief the hazard team on their plan. They are gonna take the harvester ship, which has an automatic return program, back to the forge. The small team will be Munro, Telsia, Rick, and Chell. They are gonna try to bring down the dampening field. Once it's down, the rest of the team will come in in shuttles and destroy the Forge space station.
