Go down the short hallway. There are health and ammo terminals below; you can jump down if you need and to get back up, just use the yellow gravity thing.

You and your team will end up in a large room with atmosphere. There are some large harvesters on the catwalk above, so shoot them. Then use the control panel in the pit to bring down the forcefields. Go through the new open doorways and kill some more big harvesters and destroy the turret on the way out to the platforms. Then make your way up to the control panel. Chell can't bring down the defense system, but he can trick it to think that all the ships in the forge are drifting normally. Munro messages Voyager saying that reinforcements can now come in and they will be in the shaft of the Forge. Chell then opens the door below; go down there and exit to the next level.
