Telsia cheers him up by saying he has a bright future. Then the captain, Tuvok, and Chakotay congratulate you and the team on all you did. Tuvok also says that both gut instinct and procedure are important in being a leader; that's why he made Munro leader. The game ends in typical original Star Trek series style when Janeway jokes about Tuvok being proud of Munro.
