Well it turns out the turbolift malfunctions and you're stuck on deck 9. So get out of the turbolift, go straight, and make a left. You'll see two people mentioning that Showers and Chell are working on the data shunts and that Renner is working on the jeffries tubes. So keep going and you'll see two more people working. Go straight some more and you'll hear an alarm and Renner will come running down the corridor. The EPS conduit is gonna explode, so wait for Renner to get past the control panel and then use the panel to bring up a forcefield as soon and he passes you. Renner will tell you that he was working until the conduit exploded, but he can't shut down the forcefield from the panel. So he tells you that there is a shut off switch somewhere.

Continue down the corridor and you'll see Chell. He'll tell you about the data shunt being down. Then the guy next to him detects a power surge, press the control panel before the explosion hurts the guy. Munro will tell Chell that he needs to get the forcefield down. Chell informs Munro, you, that there's a shut off switch in the jefferies tube nearby. Go back the way you came and crouch into the tube on the left. In the tube, the ceiling collapses, but you can go back and climb the ladder in the turbolift behind you. You'll get into the jefferies tube above. Go to the space where the ceiling caved in and go into the next room. You can finally shut down the forcefields. Now go back into the jefferies tube, go up back into the turbolift, and then come down. Go right and then left to see Renner. Renner will tell you that the jefferies tubes are the only way down now since the turbolifts are offline. He tells you that the jefferies tubes on the other side are fine. So turn around, go right, then all the way back to where Showers and Chell are. Make a right and then another right and you'll find the jefferies tube room. Go down and proceed to the next level.
