Walk out of the turbolift and you'll see Chang right away. He will give you a phaser and you'll see the doctor. The doctor is basically a health terminal in this level, so remember that you can go back to him for healing. There's also a Compression Rifle next to him. Foster will call you over and say that Voyager is being raided by pirates and they're taking supplies. Go into the cargobay and kill all the scavengers. This is a tough level if you have an older computer. Just run around killing the scavengers. Make sure to pick up a scavenger rifle and kill the scavengers on the catwalks above. Also, be careful of some of the exploding cylindrical crates.

Once you've killed enough scavengers, Tuvok will call in, saying that his team needs backup. Foster will then order you to follow him to go help Tuvok. Follow him up the lift and go across the catwalk to a different cargo bay. Kill all the invaders in this area. Once they're all gone, the scavengers' ship leaves and Tuvok tells the Hazard Team to report to Hazard Ops.
